PERSONALIZE YOUR ONE DAY AT A TIMER TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS. There are many features of the One Day at a Timer that allow you to make it your own, and complete step-by-step Help files make it easy. |

MAKE THE DAY COUNT PAGE YOUR OWN. Every element on the Day Count page is customizable. You can choose a motivational phrase for the top of the page from the built-in selection or enter your own. You can change the Day Count format to show your count in days, or as years, months and days. You can also add up to 6 motivational images to your Day Count page. |

ADD A SPONSOR. You can choose anyone from your Contacts List as your personal sponsor. Their phone numbers, email and picture are always available. Click on the My Sponsor icon and make contact from within the Timer. Of course, you can also change or update your sponsor at any time. |

KEEP AN ACCURATE PERSONAL HISTORY. Your One Day at a Timer will help you maintain a history of your progress as you take responsibility for your life. You will be able to add your past history as well, so the Timer is always a fair and accurate record. |

USER SETTINGS. The settings menu is where you can truly make the One Day at a Timer your own. Pick or edit your Day Count message, select photos to display below your Day Count. You can also set how you view your history and even display your Day Count in the application icon. There is an option to set a password that will keep the entire application totally private. Plus a concise and easy to read Help section. |
